Yet another banana bread recipe. I think I might have a problem or something, or maybe a lack of imagination when it comes to using ripe bananas. But besides all that, this was freaking delicious. The recipe didn’t call for any oil or butter, just greek yogurt, which gave it this really rich, moist texture. It also called for maple syrup, but I didn’t have any, so I used honey instead. I think it turned out great.
