With so many leftover bananas, I wanted to try something different. I’ve done the breads and the muffins, so this time I tried cupcakes! And what goes better with banana other than peanut butter? The frosting didn’t come out like I expected, but it still tastes DELICIOUS (at least I think so). I didn’t realize how much frosting I was making, and now I have a whole bunch left over. Hopefully it’ll last in the fridge until I can make more cupcakes.
