I think I’m really getting in to these banana recipes. I didn’t realize how many different things I could make with them besides plain banana bread/muffins! And since I had a few bottles of Guinness laying around the apartment, I figured I’d try something with both. I think it’s one of the best things I’ve made so far. The bread is dense, yet super moist, and the Guinness gives it a bit of a hoppy taste.
