Once again I found myself with ripe bananas (it really is hard to eat them all before they get too ripe), but I wanted to try something different. And I wanted something chocolaty, too. So, I found this recipe and decided to try it. I think next time I’ll plan ahead better so I can substitute the vegetable oil for something else (most of the calories in the recipe come from the vegetable oil alone). But besides that, they are super delicious, and not too sweet. I will definitely have to make them again!
