Lately, I seem to have a lot of leftover, ripe bananas at the end of the week. It’s not like I plan it, but I just overestimate how many I’ll actually want during the week. So, since I’ve already made three batches of banana chocolate chip muffins, I thought I’d try something new. I found this recipe for banana bourbon bread, and thought I’d try it. It is delicious. And the bourbon gives it this awesome flavor that’s somewhere between smoky and sweet.
